    I’ve really been enjoying reading your blog. And you’re recipes have been good – your chili is excellent!

    We’ve put together a Couples Challenge, to try to share the four hour body experience with even more people, and I’m wondering if you’d be interested, and also if you’d like to share this with your readers. We’re looking for 5 couples in total, and they’ll get free PAGG and free one-on-one coaching for 8 week. We’ll follow their progress and share it with the 4hr body community, in the hope that more people can get great changes happening in their lives.

      And thanks for the compliment on the chili. Try the BBQ sauce . . . it is truly excellent and far better than anything I have found commercially available. (Cooper’s BBQ has excellent vinegar sauce as well but it’s expensive [esp. including shipping and handling].)

      Unfortunately, I am running this experiment solo.

      If you want to pair me with someone like Suzie or Sue, I could be half of a couple. 😉

      (My wife is pregnant with twins and not experimenting with a darn thing right now, especially diet. ;-))
