How to Procrastinate. The flowchart below has been me for the past three weeks. Now to get back on that horse.
Beyond merely restarting my workout program, I’m also going to start working out twice in a week because I’m unsatisfied with the progress I’ve been making. I’ll shoot for working out 3 and 4 days apart in any given week.
