Back into the Black. Not quite down to my two-weeks-ago levels, but close.

With this weigh-in, I’ve gone from September 1 through November 3 weighing 188 +/- 3 pounds. Two full months at, basically, sub-190.
According to my goals over the past many, many years, I’m living the dream, baby. =)
Food Tracking. Last week I manged to take an extra Free Day on Halloween but kept my average daily calories almost exactly the same by lowering my intake on the other days. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday I averaged about 800 calories for the day without too much trouble.

This Week. We’re hosting a party this coming Saturday, so it’s going to be a big evening. That won’t be any different from the norm because Saturday is already a Free Day.
Even so, I’m doing things a little differently this week.
Change #1: No extended fast through Tuesday. Normally, I take an extended, 45-hour fast from Sunday about 9 PM through Tuesday at 5 PM to counter-act the effects of my Free Weekend. Yesterday, however, I stopped my Free Day at 6:30 so I could more easily do an Eat STOP Eat 24-hour fast today.
Change #2: A second 24-hour fast on Friday. Because the party starts at 5 PM on Saturday, I’m considering adding a 24-hour fast from Friday evening to when the party begins. I’d eat lunch (a rarity) on Friday and then not eat that night. This last may be tough to do since I have a date with Mrs. NJ that evening, but I may still try it. I think it’ll be a game-time decision . . . . .
