Going, Going, Going. I am up a little this week, 3.8 pounds, but look at the split between bodyfat and lean mass: 50-50. Sure, I wish I’d have gained the muscle without the fat but, hey, go with what ya gots, right?

Food Tracking. Last week I ate more than normal, adding carbs, during the week. This shows up at a 200 calorie-per-day increase in my weekday average. My whole-week-average went down slightly but that is mostly due to reverting back to statistically average Big Days for Sunday and Saturday, as opposed to the full tracking I did on 10/20 (a Saturday) which gave a number of 5147 calories for the day instead of the generic 4000.

Review. With this sort of increase in calories over the week, I wasn’t surprised I was up when I weighed in.
