Notes. No new steps this week. Trying to hit the progression standard for Jackknife Squats and Short Bridges this week but, other than that, I’m just working toward the progression standard for all the others.

One thing this spreadsheet points out for me is that I need to do more warmup and consider adding a challenge exercise / set to my routine. As is, I don’t usually follow the 3 x per week schedule because I can do everything all in one go in a single workout.
I know I should spread it out and maybe adding these extra bits will be the impetus I need to make myself do it.
Just for Fun. I wish I could do pull-ups like this kid….
