Day 275-2 (M, 121001) — Results for Week 40-2 – Stay on Target

Holding steady.  That makes 5 consecutive weigh-ins, from 9/1 through 9/29, under 190 . . . a full month at or near my target weight according to my original goals (back when I started this in January 2011).  While I’d still like to lose fat, this is what is known colloquially as “not bad at all.”  I never thought I’d see the day when I could reasonably expect my “default” weight to be in this range.

Also, the +0.6 pound increase this week was evenly split between fat and lean mass.  While measurement errors make such small changes essentially moot, I’ll still take it as an encouraging sign. =)

Food Tracking.  This time I had a decent work week surrounded by extra-large Free Days.

Review.  About the same overall, with a better workweek and higher Sunday and Saturday numbers.  So far, as seen up top, I’m still holding steady but I think it may have to alter my “Free Weekends” approach.  I have much to ponder as this is just a vague feeling rather than something based on evidence/data.

This Week.  Today is my sister’s birthday.  I plan to fast all day (as is normal on Monday’s after a Free Weekend) but we’ll see how well I manage to resist the food at her party tonight.

Tomorrow is FAIR DAY!  Fried foods will perish in droves!  Bacon cinnamon rolls . . . Fletcher’s corny dogs . . . fried Samoas . . . fried tres leches cake . . . To counter this additional, mid-week Free Day, I will fast all day Wednesday, just like I am today.

So this week will end up with 3 Free Days (Su, T, Sa), 2 full-fasting days (M, W), and 2 20-hour fasting days (R, F).  I have no idea how that will turn out come my Saturday morning weigh-in.

We shall see.
