Exercises. Today is the day one for the bridge and handstand push-up progressions.
- Short bridge — 2 sets of 25 — Here’s a video of how to do them from CC.
- Headstand — 60 seconds— Here’s a video developed by CC.
I hit both marks I aimed for (the intermediate standard for both). I’ll try for the progression standard for both next week but don’t think I’ll make it.
Have I mentioned before how much I HATE-CAN’T-STAND-DESPISE-CONSIDER-IT-TORTURE being upside down? Really? Only that many times?
