The Results. Things went well last week on all fronts: eating, exercising, and weighing-in.

Food Tracking. My nutrition totals for the past week were on the low side of so-so:

Not a bad week. Sunday was a big day but the rest of the week went really well, including 3 days sub-1100 calories for the day.
I ate a bit off schedule on Saturday because of my twins’ first birthday party. Not too bad, though, so I estimated my total intake at only 2500 calories with 125 g Fat, 300 g Carbs, and 70 g Protein.
Exercising. Normally, my only exercise right now is the Ultimate I play on Saturday mornings. Last week I got to play on Wednesday night as well and, because I was early to the field that evening, I got in a short jog prior to playing.
