Day 170-2 (M, 120618) — A BUNCH of Free Days

The Results.  I had a rough week last week (five consecutive Free Days spanning the end of the previous week and the beginning of this one) but I did much better than expected come my Saturday morning weigh-in.

As for doing better this week, I started off poorly with a Free Meal Saturday night out with Mrs. NJ (including popcorn at the movies) and another on Sunday for Father’s Day.  That’ll show up in next week’s summary.

* I wonder if giving blood on Wednesday had anything to do with it?  I doubt it had too much of an effect given that a pint of blood only weighs about a pound and my body had three days to replenish itself.
