Food Diary Final Day.  I’ll do the analysis this week.

Nutritional Analysis for Today.

I had an epic breakfast and a big dinner with my family for my dad’s birthday this week.  I went over on my normal calories BUT my carbs were not totally out-of-bounds.

Today really raised my final averages.  But I STILL managed to hit right about 50 carbs per day for the week with only one day (today) being too high for my liking.  If you count net carbs, even today was within acceptable limits.

  1. Looks good to me : ) I would ditch the Cherry Coke though. Even though it is zero calories, unless it is sweetened with Splenda, which I don’t believe Coca-Cola is in the USA anymore, then my understanding is that it will still spike blood sugar (and hence insulin > fat accumulation).

    • I know; I really should drop it. At least I only have one or two (ok, maybe three) a week now instead of the 3 per day I used to drink.

      Not perfect but better. I still trying.
