Plan Reality for Week 51. Visiting in-laws on Sunday and traveling Monday brought out the worst in my again as I forewent all my fasting and SCD normality and just ate what was handy.
The trip back home Monday was especially trying and so my diet was worse than normal. Blech.
Other than that, it was a good week with only one deviation from plan: my lunch on Thursday. My exercise went well, even on that bad Monday, and I feel good.
Next week at this time I’ll present the results of my one-year experiment in fitness.
