365 Days. Three weeks to go and it’ll be a full year of dieting, working out, and blogging about it. Wow. I was never sure it would happen. Yeah for me. =)
In these last few weeks, I’ll blog as normal. I’ll also be putting together an end-of-year retrospective, tallying my exercise, my dieting, my weight-loss and -gain, and whatever else I can think of.
Plan for Week 50. Last week was not a good one for my diet and this one won’t be much better.
Friday morning I’ll load up the family and head down to visit my in-laws. We’ll come back on Monday evening. In between will be too much eating of holiday meals and treats.
Workouts should be OK, though. And I’ll fast / eat SCD M-R as normal.
