Finally. Tomorrow’s post will be my comparison of the 4 Hour Body (4HB) Slow Carb Diet (SCD, Atkins, Paleo, and Primal diets. It may not go out until a bit later in the morning than usual, but it will go out tomorrow.
Plan for Week 48. Last week was great since I made sure I did all the basics and did them well.
This week will be a repeat of last with one exception: I’ll have a Free Meal lunch with some friends on Wednesday.
Other than that, it’s nose-meet-grindstone week again for old New John.
