Day 337 (Sa, 111203) — Much Better This Week

Update. Monday’s post will be my comparison of the 4 Hour Body (4HB) Slow Carb Diet (SCD, Atkins, Paleo, and Primal diets.  It may not go out until a bit later in the morning than usual, but it will go out Monday.

Plan Reality for Week 47.  This week I focused on the basics, making sure I exercised all three times I was supposed to and sticking to my SCD every day [with a very small bit of non-SCD food Friday night].
