Day 330 (Sa, 111122) — A REALLY Bad Week

Plan Reality for Week 46.  This week will be was a challenge With Thanksgiving and the day off of work on Friday.

Too much bad stuff to eat + no exercising except for Monday + a running total for the week 3.1 miles yesterday = a crappy week.

It’s a good thing I’ve stopped weighing-in or this week might have broken my scale.

    definitely a tough week, but I think you could bottle it up and use it to have a killer week next week. I am aiming for 100% compliance next week to make-up for the past few days. Try using Christmas as a motivator… Stick to your routine as best you can with the promise you will cut-loose on Christmas. Carrot on the end of a stick maybe?

    • You’re right in line with my thinking, K: making this week, and the next few, really good to help counteract the damage done.

      I just wonder how things will be when I weigh in at the end of the year to measure my overall progress from Jan. 1 to Dec. 31.

      We shall see.
