Day 327 (W, 111123) — OT: Black Friday

Holiday Shopping.  Do you do Black Friday?  Do you wait forever to get that special deal on the super cool Thing of The Moment?

Do you excuse yourself from the Thanksgiving table to get your camping gear together and head out to the nearest Kohls or Macy’s and get in line to grab one of the two super special only good for two minutes after midnight deals?*

Exercise.  Had a good workout on Monday.  I expect to have a good one today, too. =)

UPDATE: I am changing plans and moving this workout to tomorrow morning when I plan to start my Thanksgiving Free Day with a nice jog and these postponed exercises.

Plan for Week 46. This week will be a challenge, of course, given the holiday on Thursday and the day off of work on Friday. Plus, today is a second day of family gathering so, while I will try to be moderate in my non-SCD indulgences, there will be some to be sure. To help counteract some of the extra eating I’ll do, I hope to work in an extra run on Friday (in addition to my normal Saturday jog).
