Week in Review. I did much better this week than last. (This wasn’t hard considering how poorly I did last week.)
My workouts went well and I did all my exercises except for squats on Wednesday (the day I gave blood). I felt good. My ring was loose. My pants and shirts fit well. Altogether it was a victorious week.
Thanksgiving with the Family. My in-laws are in town this weekend to celebrate an early Thanksgiving with us. They were nice enough to come up here rather than asking us to drive down there with 4 m.o. twins.
Tomorrow will be a full Thanksgiving feast with turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, green bean casserole, pumpkin pie, chocolate pudding pie, and everything else. Good thing it’s my scheduled Free Day, neh? 😉
