Exercise. I did 200 squats yesterday in 3:53 with minimal rest. Yeah me. =D
I’ll add 200 squats to the end of each workout now. I’ll do 200 regular squats again tomorrow and then start doing some variations on Friday and thereafter.
The different forms of the exercise may lower my total on any given day but it’ll be worth it to use the muscles in novel ways.
