A Change in Plans. We’ve had to go out of town this weekend: Mrs. NJ’s grandfather is ill.
Last night went from an expected fast / SCD evening to an unplanned Free Meal as we (all 7 of us including the 2.5 m.o. twins and the 2.5 y.o. toddler) made the turned-out-to-be 6+ hours drive.
(I love having a big family, but some times are more challenging than others….)
Plus, I won’t be able to go running this morning. I hope to go later today.

Week in Review. This week was different. I took
three FOUR Free Days (including today).
(Tomorrow will likely be a Free Day as well since my in-laws have very little in the way of low-carb options available. They were kind enough,however, to get some Coke Zero for me before we arrived.)
Tuesday was an Epic Free Day at the State Fair of Texas and I enjoyed tons of Fried Yumminess.
I exercised hard, though I did skip my Wed. workout and had to do it Thursday.

The Results . . . .
I don’t know. I would guess I’m up a few pounds but I don’t actually know. Since I don’t have my scale with me on our emergency trip, I don’t have a way to find out what my numbers are.
That may be for the best: this was shaping up to be a scary weigh-in anyway.
On the plus / intangible side, I feel good and think I am looking better so at least I have that going for me. 😉

Running. I still hope to go running later today. If I can, I’ll modify the results template below with a link and the proper numbers.
