Plan for Week 41. This week is going to be a one-off — three Free Days.
- Today is my daughter’s 5th birthday party.
- Tuesday, we’re taking them to the State Fair of Fried Food.
- Saturday is my normal Free Day.
I wonder how it will work out. . . .
Exercise. Because of my failure to complete my workout yesterday, I am going to repeat last week’s workouts this week in hopes of working my way up to finishing the full max reps set next Friday.
