NB: Squats changes today.  Instead of 5 sets of increasingly higher reps, it switches to a slightly lower reps count and increases to 8 sets.

Since I’ve been doing these exercises in supersets (exercise 1 then 2 then 3 then 4), I’ve played with the order in which I do them, trying to maximize the rest for muscles between use.

Since I have to add in three extra squats sets today, the plan for each round is:

  • Squats
  • Pull-ups
  • Squats
  • Sit-ups
  • Push-ups

This battle plan may change after we have met the enemy. 😉
