Day 268 (Su, 110925) — Plan for Week 39; What Do I Need to Change?

Reworking My Program. This will be a week of reflection and reconsideration as I try to figure out what I need to do to reach my goals.

It may be that I have to change those goals (185-190 pounds, 15% BF + /-).

I’ll talk about it more this week.

A Change in the Wind. One thing I know will be different this week is that  I am taking Friday off to celebrate my 10th anniversary with Mrs. New John so I will take my Free Day then.  This also means I’ll do my weigh in that morning so I get a pre-Free Day weight rather than trying to scare myself by taking my numbers right after Free Day.
