Something is not right. The current form of my weekly plan worked for three weeks and then stopped working for the last two.
In this plan, besides fasting, SCD, and exercising, I’ve taken two Free Days each week. On it, I’ve seen three weeks of insane drops followed by two weeks of substantial gains.
Altogether, it’s a confusing data set.
So I am making the most logical change I can see: dropping the second Free Day on Sundays. Everything else will stay the same.
For exercise, this week is the beginning of my new workout plans with the push-ups, pull-ups, sit-ups, and squats on MWF.
Finally, I changed my daily chart a little: I combined the Run and Exercise columns since they are really just two forms of the same thing.
