A Bit of Exercise. I did get to go for my run this morning, though it was not epic like last week’s half-marathon distance.
Still . . . Stats for my run:

I took my supplements (Jack3d and Xtend) before I left about 5 AM. The sky was clear and the temperature was about 75° so I felt pretty good.

Plan for Week 35. This week I ate well, fasted every day except Tuesday, and did my Max Capacity Training workouts on Monday, Thursday, and Friday. Plus my run this morning.
The Results. In the past few weeks, I’ve lost a ton of weight. More than 11 pounds. I expect this week will be my rebound week. Then again, I followed my program pretty well this week and my ring has been really loose the whole time. So maybe it’s worked out in my favor . . . .

I knew a rebound was coming sometime and am surprised it took this long. I managed to eke out three full weeks of, for me, impressive weight loss.
I am encouraged that is was only a few pounds and stick to my normal plan for next week.
