I managed to eek out a jog yesterday. It was hot but dry so it wasn’t too bad. I kept it short because of the heat but was surprised to find that I barely sweat at all for the first 2.5 miles. Stats for yesterday:

I had a decent pace (for me, that is) and felt pretty good. I don’t carry water with me when I run (so I don’t have to carry the extra weight) but I stopped at a 7-11 midway through and got a small bottle to keep myself hydrated and cool.
My ankle felt fine and I am confident that I will be able to resume my Max Capacity Training Workouts next week.
I will try to get in another run today.
