My experiment with adding back IF into my 2 Week Diet Break seems to be working pretty well.
I have been fasting for 16 hours a day since Sunday. It seems that if I’ve made the decision that I just won’t eat, it is easier to withstand the temptations I face.
I am still eating not-so-good, but better, and my snacking has reduced enormously.
I’m calling this a win. =)
