Several changes for the Plan this week.
My brother and his family are in town so I will not be fasting quite so much, just Wednesday and Thursday, though I still plan to eat SCD as much as possible. And I’ll run and do MCT on MWF.
Of course, all of this may change whenever the boys are born.*
As soon as that happens, I will begin my 2 Week Diet Break and take off from fasting and SCD. I may still run but I won’t do my MCT workouts.
All that taken as given, here is my plan for Week 28:
