Down another 2.2 pounds of which 1.5 pounds was BF, and down another 0.5% BF.

Remember what I said about Failing to a Baseline?  Yeah, my progress this week was not as exciting as losing almost FIVE pounds last week . . . but, because my failure was in implementing my additional hacks and not in using the basic SCD, I still lost weight and BF.

Awesome week, take two!

This week I ran and worked out three times, (mostly) skipped my Free Meals because of last Sunday’s extra Free Day, and made sure not to take a Free Meal on Friday again.

I ran this morning.  The weather was really nice – mid-60s and overcast.  This made a third run this week. =)

  • Distance: 6.43 mi
  • Duration: 1:26:00
  • Calories Burned: 966
  • Average Pace: 13:23 / mi
  • Average Speed: 4.48 mph
  • Elevation Climb: 291 ft

Another cool thing about this run?  It brought my total for April up to 58.9 miles.  A new Personal Best in a month for me. =)

Breakfast: Whey protein before my run, orange rolls and some berry Kix after, coffee, AGG, fish oil, cinnamon, Cissus

Lunch: Chicken McNuggets, McDouble, McDonald’s french fries, Chili’s chocolate shake, AGG, Cissus

Dinner: Homemade carne asada, and other real Mexican delights made by my friends (from, you guessed it, Mexico)

Other food throughout the day: a few Wheat Thins while shopping, diet drinks, coffee

  1. Wow. Over 10 lbs in 2 weeks! Something is sure working for you. Good luck with the veggie thing. No way I could do that.

    I’m still cruising at 1.5 to 2 lbs per week. Down 28.2 lbs since mid January. I’ll take that every time.

    • Not quite 10 pounds — about 7 or so but I’ll sure as heck take it. =)

      Take a look at my Results to Date page and you’ll see that from 110312 to 110416 I basically treaded water for a month. ugh.

      I hope the veggie thing will drop me below 200. How cool would THAT be? 😉
