Down another 2.2 pounds of which 1.5 pounds was BF, and down another 0.5% BF.
Remember what I said about Failing to a Baseline? Yeah, my progress this week was not as exciting as losing almost FIVE pounds last week . . . but, because my failure was in implementing my additional hacks and not in using the basic SCD, I still lost weight and BF.
Awesome week, take two!
This week I ran and worked out three times, (mostly) skipped my Free Meals because of last Sunday’s extra Free Day, and made sure not to take a Free Meal on Friday again.
For next week, I plan to:
- Follow the 7 Days Veggies from Hell diet
- Drop all supplements
- Still run and workout on Tuesday and Thursday (weather permitting)

I ran this morning. The weather was really nice – mid-60s and overcast. This made a third run this week. =)

Another cool thing about this run? It brought my total for April up to 58.9 miles. A new Personal Best in a month for me. =)
Breakfast: Whey protein before my run, orange rolls and some berry Kix after, coffee, AGG, fish oil, cinnamon, Cissus
Lunch: Chicken McNuggets, McDouble, McDonald’s french fries, Chili’s chocolate shake, AGG, Cissus
Dinner: Homemade carne asada, and other real Mexican delights made by my friends (from, you guessed it, Mexico)
Other food throughout the day: a few Wheat Thins while shopping, diet drinks, coffee
