Day 107 (Su, 110417) — AAAAAHHHHHH!

I put up a shed today with the help of some good friends.  The kind of friends that would help you move bodies, friends.  It was LONG and TOUGH but we did it.

I ate everything in sight – pizza, pudding pies, bread, fried appetizer things, steak, potatoes au gratin, cookies, and yeah, well, pretty much everything else you can think of, too.

I think I took more Cissus than all the rest of you put together.  I hope that it works because my diet is shot for the week.

Oh well….gotta be extra good for the rest of the week if I want to see anything positive on the scale next Saturday.

  1. Puttin’ up a shed is hard work, and since friends tend to compensate in food and beer, I think you can congratulate yourself on great work over the last few weeks and chalk this one up to “helping to reset your metabolism in a big way.”

I had a great dieters gone wild day on Saturday, then the weather was just right for our first dinner outside on the porch Sunday. Went to the farmers market in the morning and got three quarts of the most gorgeous organic strawberries for $5. Made tri-tip and chicken, salad. I did great through dinner but could not turn down the strawberries and ice cream and whipped cream (and a little more ice cream, since I screwed up so badly anyway). Did take CQ…

Oh well, I am back on the horse with you today, pardner! Giddyap!
