Not really in the mood to blog today but I’ll at least toss out the basics.

Ugly slow but I went so that’s good. It was really nice to get back out and moving again plus my hip didn’t bother me. =)
Breakfast: 4 scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, AGG
Lunch: double protein drink, water, AGG
Late Lunch: two hamburger patties with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, mustard, and pickles; ranch style beans, kombucha, two tiny tidbits of chocolate cupcake, one sip of some excellent dark beer (Ridgeway Lump of Coal Stout)
My friend said he got it at World Market at Christmas time. I am definitely going to see if I can find some next year. Or maybe Central Market carries it.
Yeah, the ranch style beans had added sugar but it was either eat those of have nothing but the patties. I was already hungry and not up for starving myself. So sue me.
I just wish I’d remembered to put my Cissus in the car….
Dinner: will be chicken with bbq sauce
