Yesterday I said:
Plans include more running this week. Tomorrow morning is supposed to be 58° at 4 AM. We’ll see if I can get to bed early enough to go make a few miles before the sun comes up. 😉
Not so much. Plans didn’t include a sick daughter who, despite feeling better, still threw up overnight. They also did not include my waking up early and not being able to go back to sleep, compounding my sleepiness.
Oh well . . . weatherman says 65° with a 10% chance of rain tomorrow morning. Maybe tonight I can get the sleep I need and go for an early morning run tomorrow.
Breakfast: three scrambled eggs, refried beans, mixed veggies, two sausage, Monster
Lunch: steak, mixed veggies, Cherry Coke Zero, AGG
Dinner: sausage and sauerkraut
Other items through the day: coffee, black, one each, Atkins bar
