Day after Cheat Day; feeling fine.

Breakfast: three eggs with two egg whites, scrambled, two sausages

Lunch: sauerkraut and sausage, diet root beer

Dinner: Roast beef, Low carb BBQ sauce, refried beans with salsa, mixed veggies

Other food during the day: Atkins bar, a swipe of peanut butter, diet sodas

Exercises:

  • Myototic Crunches
  • Cat Vomit Exercises
  • Kettlebell swings
