Day Forty-one (R, 110210)

I’m looking forward to my workout (B – legs and chest) tomorrow.  I hope I survive the cold and make it to the gym. =)

Best thing about the workouts Tim suggests?  They are even shorter than the sub-30-minute workouts I used to do. =)


Breakfast: 3 scrambled eggs, three sausage, refried beans, black beans, AGG

Lunch: Sausage and sauerkraut, Monster, AGG

Dinner: steak with onions and mushrooms, turnip greens, broccoli, diet DP, a couple bites of roll, a couple bites of homemade cherry pie crust

Other stuff throughout the day: one cup coffee with one Truvia, one Atkins bar, diet A&W
