This week, cheat day is postponed until Sunday because my daughter’s birthday party is tomorrow.
In the meantime, I still took my weekly Saturday-morning measurements. Full results here.
My results after five weeks of the 4HB program?
Down1.9 pounds for -13.5 pounds overall. MY BF% stayed the same but, because I lost weight, my BF# dropped 0.58 for a total BF# loss of 8.13 pounds.
Since my weight loss has not been as much as I wish it were, and I know I have not been following the 4HB program exactly, especially the tips about how to make Cheat Day less egregious, I made a 4 Hour Body (4HB) Cheat Day Cheat Sheet to help me remember what to do on Cheat Days to minimize the damage.
Breakfast: 4 fried eggs, bacon, Monster, Atkins bar,
Lunch: Tuna salad (tuna, mayo, pickles)

So I took some Cissus and went out to dinner with family and friends….
Dinner: Botanas platter at Primos Mexican Restaurant — nachos, quesadillas, flautas, stuffed jalapenos, fried mini tacos…mmmmmmm
Other food throughout the day: 1 Valentine’s Day heart from my daughter that said “My Hero,” some diet drinks, ice cream , snow cream, a Twinkie, a brownie
