I tried some almond butter yesterday at Central Market. All natural, just almonds (not even salt) almond butter. Blech. No thanks.
I’ll stick to peanut butter (so to speak) for my nibbles.
Breakfast: 500 ml ice water, scrambled eggs, sausage, mixed veggies, refried beans, Monster, AGG
Lunch: darnitall…I forgot to bring some soup with me today.
Oh well, back to the cafe for the usual: two chicken breasts, mixed veggies, and a diet soda . . . Qdoba burrito bowl with black beans, pinto beans, guacamole, pico, lettuce, salsa, grilled veggies, peppers and onions
(probably will be) Slow Carb 4HB Chicken Tortilla Soup nope, turned out to be Hunan chicken with a no-corn-starch brown sauce, extra spicy =)
Other food throughout the day: two cups black coffee, several Brazil nuts, an Atkins bar, diet soda
Bedtime supplements: AG
15 myototic crunches, 15 cat vomit exercises, 75 kettlebell swings…nope. Too much to do with kids and all. Tomorrow for sure.
