Day Twenty-five (T, 110125) — New Links, New Recipes

I have a couple of new recipes up for your consideration.  Please let me know if you try them and what you think.


Breakfast: 500 ml ice water, 3 hard boiled eggs, Monster, AGG

Lunch: sausage and sauerkraut, a leftover Slim Fast low carb shake

Dinner: Slow Carb 4HB Tortilla Soup

Other food throughout the day: a couple of teaspoons of peanut butter

Bedtime supplements: AG

Exercise: not today, definitely tomorrow
