Day Twenty-two (Sa, 110122) – Cheat Day 3

New Page: I’ve finally figured out I should just have a page for tracking me weight. (D’OH!)

Taking the day to eat whatever I want.  First, weight and measurements.  Here are my results from last week.

Average weight (three trials): 216.4 (-1.6)
Average bodyfat % (three trials): 27.7 (-0.5%)
Average bodyfat pounds (three trials): 60.0 (-1.47)

Upper arm (right): 13.75 (-0.25)
Upper arm (left): 13.75 (-0.25)
Waist at navel: 41.00 (-0.25)
Hips at widest point: 42 (-1.0)
Right thigh: 26 (+1.0)
Left thigh: 26 (+0.5)

Total inches: 162.50 (-0.25)

Down a few inches overall but only down 2 pounds and 0.2%.  Still, I’m down and feeling pretty good. =)

(Update: Again, no pics.  Gina was sleeping in and we forgot,  Now it’s post cheat day and I’ll be damned if I’m taking pictures after a cheat day. 😉

Nora, Julia, and I went to IHOP for breakfast.

Breakfast: coffee, three eggs over medium, one Belgian waffle, 2 sausage

Snack: Starbucks coffee, finger sandwich, a few chips, cookie

Soy Mocha latte with whip

Lunch 1: Church’s chicken crispy strips, mashed potatoes, au gratin potatoes, 1 biscuit

Dinner: 18 hot wings from Buffalo Wild Wings,

Other food throughout the day: 2 cupcakes , 1 Twinkie, Route 44 Diet Limeade from Sonic, chili-cheese tots, various diet drinks, Ben & Jerry’s Americone Dream ice cream
