I am, frankly, not in the mood to diet or blog today. Ugh. This will, therefore, be an abbreviated entry. Maybe the muse will return tomorrow.
Breakfast: 500 ml ice water, 3 scrambled eggs, ham, refried beans, salsa, Monster, AGG
Lunch 1: two chicken breasts, tomatoes, pickles, chipotle mayo, AGG, Diet DP
Dinner: Finally, something to be excited about today… sausage and sauerkraut for dinner! :-), AGG
Other food throughout the day: 1 slice of salami, a bit of peanut butter, 1.5 Church’s fried chicken tender (yeah, it’s not on the diet),
Bedtime supplements: AG
Exercise: 15 myototic crunches, 15 cat vomit exercises
