Early start today (4:30 AM). My son had strabismus surgery today (to fix crossed eyes) so we had to be in a far northern suburb by 5:30 (the time I usually get up). The operation went well and he is sleeping in his crib.
Breakfast: 500 ml ice water, 3 scrambled eggs, ham, refried beans, salsa, Monster, AGG
I tried scrambling the eggs in the microwave today. Turned out all right, stirring several times, but it did take a while since I was cooking three eggs plus ham. Forgot the sauerkraut this morning.
Lunch 1: Slow Carb Tortilla soup, chicken breast, black beans, avocado, Diet A&W Root Beer
Lunch 2: Build a Bowl at Taco Cabana (refried beans, salad, beef fajita meat, guacamole, sour cream, pico, salsa)
Dinner: Taco Salad
Other food throughout the day: 1 glass Shiraz-Grenache
Bedtime supplements: AGG
