Day Six (R, 110106)

Woke up late today so my breakfast was abbreviated.

Breakfast: .5 liter ice water, three hard-boiled eggs, Monster zero-cal drink, and supplements

Early Lunch: burrito bowl at Tin Star (lettuce, beef, salsa, black beans)

No supplements at lunch because I forgot them at home — again!  I think tonight I’ll staple them to my forehead in hope of remembering them tomorrow.

Late Lunch: mixed veggies, chicken breast, salsa, black beans

Dinner: TBD

Other food or drink: one cup of black coffee, lots of water….

Exercise: TBD
