Started the day with 500 ml of ice water. Then my supplements.
Breakfast: four eggs, ham, black beans, and salsa, more water, and a zero-calorie Monster energy drink.
Lunch: Monterrey Chicken at El Chico (chicken breast, mushrooms, bell peppers, hold the cheese) with pico and double mixed vegetables, refried beans, and borracho beans.
It was tough not to eat the chips and salsa or the queso but I held out. =)
Dinner: Gina’s homemade tortilla soup (chicken, zucchini, squash, beans, carrots, spaices). Black beans.
Other bits throughout the day: 16 oz. Coke Zero, tiny nibble of a snowman marshmallow (to taste), a few bites of sauerkraut, another liter or two of water, two glasses of red wine (Shiraz) before bed)
75 kettlebell swings (took multiple sets) with a 50 lbs. kettlebell 10 myotatic crunch 10 cat vomit exercises
