Day Two (Su, 110102)

Just changes to diet today, workouts begin tomorrow.

Started with drinking a liter of ice water.  Then, breakfast is four eggs and five oz. of ham seasoned with pepper and garlic salt. The refried beans are already gone.

Lunch was chicken breast, black beans, mixed veggies, and salsa.

Dinner was two large helpings of homemade bean soup with ham and some added Louisiana hot sauce. Yum! =)
