Results. Up a little this week. I’ve weighed 200 pounds, +/- 3 pounds, for about three months now (since mid-December). Bleh. I prefer holding steady at 187 +/- 3 pounds as I did last Fall.

My Mission this Week. I’m going to study my blog posts and my food and workout diaries to figure out what I need to do to relive those Golden Days of Yore (end of August through mid-November).
My guess is that I am going to find that:
- I wasn’t working out during those times.
- I was eating a much stricter low-carb diet.
Oh the angst of my first-world problems.
Food Tracking. Sub-1000 calories per day Monday and Tuesday; 1500+ Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Overall, that puts my weekday total up a little from my bad week last week. This is not a good trend.

Plans for This Week. Two nonstandard events are coming up in the next few days:
- Dinner and a movie with Mrs. NJ on Valentine’s Day date Thursday night.
- Friday will be a breakfast meeting with my team here at work. May include pancakes.
Overall, I expect next week’s Weekday Avg. will be slightly up again.
Like last week, I’m going to shoot for three workouts this week. We’ll see if I can get them all in.
